Service Details:

  • Rental Price: $125 per hour

  • Minimum Rental Time: 2 hours

  • What’s Included:

    • Setup and breakdown

    • 360-degree camera for video recording

    • On-site technician to assist guests and operate the booth

    • Instant video sharing options for your guests

  • Custom Video Backdrop: A consultation is required to discuss the party theme and customize the backdrop for your event.

  • Optional Add-Ons: Face mask rental for $25 per hour

360 Booth Rental Agreement

  1. Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your event date.

  2. Service Duration: The 360 Booth is rented at a minimum of 2 hours, with additional hours available at the same hourly rate.

  3. Consultation: We require a consultation prior to your event to discuss your party theme and design a custom backdrop for your videos.

  4. Booking Timeframe: Please book at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure availability and adequate time for custom design preparation.

  5. Setup & Breakdown: Our team will arrive 30-60 minutes before the event for setup and will require about 30 minutes for breakdown afterward.

  6. Technician Support: An on-site technician is included with every rental to assist your guests and ensure the booth operates smoothly.

  7. Space Requirements: A minimum of 10 feet by 10 feet is needed for safe setup and operation.

  8. Damage Responsibility: The rentee is responsible for any damage caused by improper use or guest misuse of the 360 Booth equipment.

  9. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  10. Full Payment: The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event.
